idea for Maia Maternity was
developed when owner, Brandi Ishikawa,
realized during her first pregnancy in
2001 and more recently during her second
pregnancy in 2005 that the selection of
affordable, yet stylish, special
occasion maternity dresses was very
limited. When her search for a simple,
yet elegant dress to wear once to a
wedding in her 8th month of pregnancy
resulted in spending a great deal of
money, Brandi decided it was time to
fill that niche and the idea for Maia
Maternity (named after her daughter)
was “born”.
Our goal at Maia Maternity is to
provide the best-possible customer
service along with a quality product at
an affordable price. We, at Maia
Maternity, are moms just like you who
know how a woman’s body changes during
pregnancy. We can provide
recommendations and answer any questions
you might have.
